Everything you need to know to prepare and sell your bottle
Packaging
1. Use certified packaging
Please use certified packaging so that, in case of damage, the shipping company will refund you for your loss
2. Package your bottle safely
Please make sure that all sides of the bottle are protected. Take extra care of the neck and bottom ares and protect the box of the bottle well.
3.Lable the package with “Fragile”
This way, the risk can be minimized that your package will get damaged on it's shipment.
A list of things you shouldn't do when shipping:
Do not stick the label on the whisky packaging
Do not put any advertising material in your shipment
Ship all bottles with everything the original bottle came with: box, leaflets, etc.
Do not lay personal items in the shipment

1. When to ship:
Please ship your sold items within 3 days of payment.
2.What infos have to be provided:
Once you have shipped your item, please provide us with shipping details and update the sale status to 'shipped'.
3. Shipping Costs
Depending on where you will be shipping your package to, the buyer will be charged. You will have the option to set the shipping costs for each country.
